Dew Clothes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product or size has been delivered

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or size issues unless the product delivered is incorrect.


2. Timeframe to Raise a Request

  • Customers must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests raised after this time period will not be accepted.

3. Return Approval Process

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in original condition as received


5. Refund Process (COD Orders)

  • Since Dew Clothes operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, as applicable.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear & tear

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Items for which return requests are raised after 48 hours of delivery


8. Refusal of COD Orders

In case a customer refuses a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, Dew Clothes reserves the right to:

  • Decline future orders from the customer

  • Take necessary steps to prevent misuse of COD services


9. Final Decision

Dew Clothes reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, and exchange requests.
