  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

  • Once confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Remote or non-metro locations may require additional delivery time.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Dew Clothes reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to origin.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Dew Clothes shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer


8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform our support team immediately.

  • If the issue is identified after delivery, contact us within 24–48 hours for assistance.


9. Undelivered or Returned Orders (COD)

  • In case of refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts for a confirmed COD order, Dew Clothes reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the order

    • Restrict future COD orders from the customer
